Covid-19 Notice

We are back in business!

The province has allowed both chiropractic and massage to open back up for non-urgent care. With the implementation of cough/sneeze shields, hand sanitizer, masks and heightened disinfection and cleaning protocols, we are confident that we have taken every precaution to ensure your safety and that of our staff.
For this reason and due to requirements of the Ministry of Health, we have had to institute a number of new procedures. Please read below to familiarize yourself with these changes.

  • Masks are now required for all patients. If you do not have a mask, depending on our supply, you may be able to purchase one for $3. If you do not have a mask, you will not be able to be seen and will be charged a missed visit fee.
  • We have an active screening questionnaire that must be answered at every visit and will be recorded in your file.
  • If you have passed the screening, you will be asked to wash / disinfect your hands and placed directly in a room.
  • Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your appointment. We will no longer be allowing people to sit in the waiting room.
  • Whenever possible, we are asking you NOT to bring anyone with you to your appointment. If you must bring someone, they will also be required to mask (unless under age 2), disinfect, will have to go into the room with you and will have to go on our contact tracing list.
  • We have tap available for payments and all receipts will be emailed unless otherwise requested. POS slips will not be provided unless requested.
  • To minimize the number of people in the building at any one time, we ask that you leave the building as soon as payment and the follow up appointment has been made.

Please note that with our reduced hours combined with the high demand, the missed appointment fee will be strictly enforced for all missed appointments and late cancellations that cannot be filled.

We understand that this is a large departure from what you may be used to in this office. These new rules are mandatory as per the Ministry of Health and may change as time goes on. We ask that you be patient with us during this initial phase of reopening and know that we are doing our best to navigate these uncharted waters.
If you have any questions about these new procedures, please do not hesitate to contact the office. We look forward to seeing you soon.

Warmest regards,
The Greenbank Chiropractic Team
